The newly engineered  Mash Composite works perfectly with Sluggers innovative gapped wall design to immediately and continually maximize performance.  Unlike other gapped wall softball bats, the Meta’s cantilevered inner barrel is not connect at the end cap, allowing it to translate on impact. The result is incredible performance along the entire barrel and a unique sound that cannot be ignored. 

The newly developed Two Piece Design features Sluggers VTX Connect System allows for more independent movement between the barrel and handle.  This provides a best in class feel with less vibration on every swing – something that Customers have come to expect in every Louisville Slugger Fastpitch Bat.
